I will build a wix real estate website or realtor website with lead capture
Abraham Isaac
About this gig
It's the Quiet season now, spring market is next. Get a Wix realtor website that turns visitors into buyer and seller leads.
Most agent websites look nice but capture nothing. I build Wix real estate websites around one goal: getting you more conversations.
What you get:
- A clean, mobile-first Wix site built for real estate agents and teams
- A clear offer on every page (home valuation, listing alerts, buyer guide)
- Lead forms that send contacts straight to your email or CRM
- Listings, testimonials, and service area sections that build trust
- Basic SEO so your name and area show up on Google
- A site you can edit yourself after handover
Why agents order now:
Q4 is your quiet season. Build it in November and December, and your site is ready before buyers and sellers return in spring.
I have delivered web, CRM and automation projects for clients in Germany and the US. I reply fast and deliver on time.
Are you already on Squarespace? I build there too. Message me first.
Send me your market and current site (if any) and I will tell you which package fits.

Please be aware that it is against Fiverr's policies for sellers to include themes, templates, or any other elements that infringe third-party rights or applicable laws in the delivered work. Read more about in our Guide to Responsible Digital Creation.

I build Wix and Squarespace websites for real estate agents, teams and investors. Every site is built to capture leads, not just look good: one clear offer per page (home valuation, listing alerts, buyer guide), forms connected to your email or CRM, and a fast, mobile-first layout.
I have delivered web, CRM and automation projects for clients in Germany and the US. You get quick replies, clear timelines, and a site you can edit yourself. Send me your market and I will suggest the right setup for your spring listings.
FAQ
Can you add live MLS listings (IDX)?
Yes, if you already pay for an IDX provider like IDX Broker or iHomefinder. I install and style it as an extra. Without IDX, I add a listings section you can update yourself.
Do I need to buy Wix Premium?
Yes. To connect your own domain and remove Wix ads, you need a Wix Premium plan in your name. I will tell you which plan fits before we start.
Can you redesign my existing Wix site?
Yes. Send me the link. A redesign is often faster than a new build, and we keep your domain and Google history.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo, headshot, bio, service areas, brokerage details, and any listings or testimonials. No copy? I write it for you from a short questionnaire.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Yes. You get a short training video showing how to update listings, text and photos without calling a developer.
Do you offer monthly maintenance?
Yes. After launch I can keep your listings, blog and pages updated every month. Ask me for a custom monthly plan.
Does the site follow brokerage and fair housing rules?
I add your brokerage name, license number and Equal Housing logo where you tell me. You or your broker confirm the final compliance wording.
