What should I send before ordering?
Send your website URL, a description or screenshot of the issue, and your Joomla version if known. I will assess the problem and confirm the scope before you order.
Can you fix my website without changing its design?
The repair will focus on the agreed issue. If resolving it requires changes to your template, extensions or website behaviour, I will explain those changes before proceeding.
Will you back up my website first?
Yes. A backup is included before changes, provided the necessary access and hosting resources are available. Please tell me if your website already has a staging environment.
Are Joomla upgrades included?
Major version upgrades and full migrations are quoted separately. If an update is needed to resolve your issue, I will explain the requirements and confirm whether it fits the agreed package.
What if a paid extension or template needs updating?
You will need to provide a valid licence or purchase the required update. Third-party themes, extensions and licence fees are not included in my service price.
What happens if the problem is more complex than expected?
I will explain the findings and discuss any additional work before proceeding beyond the agreed scope. Additional work requires your approval and an updated offer.
Do you provide support after delivery?
I include seven days of support for the original repaired issue. New problems, new features and issues caused by later website changes are quoted separately.
