However, there was a noticeable lack of understanding since I thought he did not even read the manuscript, which led to repeated revisions. Overall, I appreciated the work he did.

This is the second time I work with this seller. The first time was excellent - delivery was on the same day or the next day exactly as I wanted it. This time it took 3-4 days to deliver a final product that I couldn't really use..
