Initially, the communication was clear, but as the process unfolded, it dwindled to nothing. I endured a two-week wait only to receive subpar work that didn't align with my requests. Despite him making me let him do a revision by denying my request for a refund, communication continued to be a challenge. This guy does not communicate at all!!!
