What I do:
- Audit: review existing pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI), find root causes, and deliver a written findings report plus a prioritized fix plan
- Fix: repair one broken or slow pipeline end-to-end debug failures, add caching, fix secrets, stabilize deployment
- Stabilize: fix all pipelines, add failure alerts, rollback steps, and documentation
What's NOT included:
- Building a pipeline from scratch (see my Windows or Linux CI/CD gig for that)
- Code fixes unrelated to the pipeline
- Unbounded maintenance (available as an extra)

Do you make changes in the audit tier?
No — the Basic (audit) package delivers a written findings report and a prioritized fix plan only. Code changes start at the Standard package.
Can you work without server access?
Yes, for the audit. For fixes I need repo access and, for deployment issues, access to the target environment.
Will my builds get faster?
Usually significantly — caching, parallelism, and runner sizing are the main levers I check first.
What do you need from me to start?
Your pipeline files or repo link, what is failing (error messages / build times), and the CI platform. The requirements form lists everything.
