How many animations will I receive? What do you need to get started?
You will receive 50/200/400 videos in different packages. We just need Your logo or text for the animation!! It would be greatly appreciated if you can send us your logo in high resolution (png, ai, eps, pdf). You can also provide your fonts and corporate colors.
What is your turnaround time? Do you offer refunds if I am not satisfied?
You will get your videos in 24 hours. Of course! If you are unhappy about the animation, we'll offer a full refund.
Will you adjust the animation color as to match my logo?
We will match the video effects and animations to match your brand/logo colors. We will do it without any additional charge.
What is Logo Transparency?
It's a state of the logo where the logo has no background color/image. Means logo has a transparent background or the logo has no background color/image. Logo transparency is needed for animation. Without logo transparency, your logo will not be looking good in animation videos.
What is Overlay Text?
Simple to say it's a tagline/slogan/web address or any additional text that will be placed under the logo in the animation. This option is only applicable in Standard and Premium Pack.
Social Media Package
In Premium Pack: we will provide videos in additional orientations for the Facebook header (820x462 and 20-sec duration), Instagram feed (Square orientation 1080px1080p). To make a 20-sec duration for Facebook, we will repeat each video.
Custom Animation?
This gig is not for custom animation. You will get your logo animation videos as per the sample videos as described in the gig description. If you need CUSTOM ANIMATION then pls contact us. Thanks
Can you add custom background image? or Custom music?
Sure, we can add any image in the background. We also can replace music with your provided music. Please, contact us and we will send a custom offer.
Revision Policy?
Pls, be noted, Revision can not be considered as a version of videos by changing your provided info (logo or overlay text). Revision is not applicable to changing the logo or adding/deleting/modifying overlay text. It is only applicable for modifying the size, font, position, color correction, etc.
Delivery Policy?
As these are huge amounts of videos, so we will deliver your videos through a file-sharing link like google drive, dropbox, we transfer, etc.
