Unfortunately I couldn't use the work in the end, though we're not quite sure why. On my end, the UVs were messed up, backwards and just not very well placed, yet on their end it looked fine. For now we settled for a 50% refund as I can't use the work but they can't get the time back that they spent...

Absolutely amazing!! I’m so happy with how the retopology turned out. Roki did such a great job with my model and really understood what I was looking for. The topology is super clean and everything looks so much better than I expected. They were also really easy to communicate with and made sure everything...
