Do my customers need to download an app to use the AR feature?
Not necessarily. In the Standard and Premium packages I include a WebAR option, which means your customers can experience AR directly from their mobile browser — no app download required. This works on both iOS and Android and is perfect for ecommerce stores and real estate listings.
Do I need to provide 3D models of my products?
If you already have 3D models (in .glb, .gltf, .obj, or .fbx format), I will use them directly. If you do not have 3D models, I can guide you to affordable 3D modelling services, or we can discuss adding 3D model creation as an add-on to your order.
Which industries and product types can you build AR for?
I specialize in AR for ecommerce (furniture, home decor, fashion accessories), real estate (virtual property staging and tours), and interior design (room visualization). If your product or industry is not listed here, message me before ordering and I will confirm if your project is a fit.
Will the AR app work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages cover both iOS (ARKit) and Android (ARCore). The Basic package covers one platform of your choice. If you need both platforms on the Basic package, please message me so we can arrange an upgrade.
Can you integrate the AR feature with my existing Shopify or WooCommerce store?
Yes — Shopify and WooCommerce integration is included in the Premium package. For Standard, I deliver a standalone AR experience that can be embedded on your product pages via a link or iframe. Message me if you need a custom integration setup.
What do I receive at the end of the project?
For the Basic package you receive the working AR build and a video demo. For Standard and Premium you also receive the complete source code, a handover document explaining how to use and update it, and post-delivery support (7 days on Premium).
