Can this work for my business type?
Yes if you take bookings: salon, clinic, gym, spa, barber, restaurant, coaching, cleaning, repairs. If you take appointments, this bot works. Message me your business type.
What do you need from me to start?
Business name, services + prices, working hours, Telegram account. For Premium WhatsApp, you need WhatsApp Business API. I will send you a simple checklist after you order.
Is Telegram free? What about the Premium package?
Telegram bot is 100% free. Standard package also free. Premium WhatsApp needs WhatsApp Business API which has small Meta fees. I will help you set it up.
