What do you need to check my website?
Send me your old domain name or Wayback Machine archive URL. I will review the available snapshots and let you know what can be rebuilt.
Can you restore a completely deleted website?
Yes, if enough of the website was captured by the Wayback Machine or another available archive. Send me the domain first so I can check it.
Will the restored website look exactly like the old website?
I will recreate the design as closely as reasonably possible using the archived content. However, some images, files, fonts, scripts, or functionality may not have been archived and therefore may need to be recreated or replaced.
Will my rebuilt website be editable in WordPress?
Yes. The purpose of this service is to rebuild the archived website into a manageable WordPress website rather than simply provide archived static files.
Can you rebuild the website with Elementor?
Yes. I can use Elementor when requested or when it is suitable for the project. I can also work with Gutenberg and other WordPress setups.
Can you restore forms, sliders, animations, or other functionality?
In many cases, yes. Dynamic functionality is usually not preserved by the Wayback Machine, so it may need to be recreated separately. Please contact me before ordering if your website has special functionality.
Can you restore images that are missing from Wayback Machine?
If an image was never archived and you don't have a copy, the original file usually cannot be recovered from Wayback Machine. I can discuss suitable alternatives with you.
Do you provide speed optimization and WordPress security?
Yes. Speed optimization and WordPress security can be added as Gig Extras if you would like the rebuilt website optimized and hardened before delivery.
Can you rebuild a large website with more pages than your Premium package?
Yes. Send me the domain or archive URL and I can provide a custom offer based on the number of pages and complexity.
Do I need hosting and a domain?
You will need a domain and WordPress-compatible hosting for the live website. If you already have hosting, I can migrate/install the completed website there.
