Do I need my own AI API key?
Yes — every package runs on your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, so you control your own usage and costs, typically $5-20/month depending on traffic. Setup guidance is included.
Who hosts the agent once it's built?
You do. It's delivered as a private GitHub repo you connect to your own hosting account (Netlify's free tier covers most stores). You own the deployment completely — I don't hold your infrastructure or your data.
What happens if a customer gets upset or the agent can't help?
Every tier includes automatic escalation. If a customer is frustrated or needs a human, the agent pauses the conversation and flags it — with Standard and Premium, you see the full reasoning log live in the admin dashboard; with Basic, you're notified directly so you can step in.
Why does delivery take longer than other chatbot gigs?
Because nothing here is a template. Each agent is built and thoroughly tested against your real products and data before delivery — the extra time is what gets you a working system instead of a broken one you're stuck debugging.
Does Premium require Stripe?
Yes, Premium integrates with your own Stripe account so the agent can process checkout directly. You'll need a Stripe account set up — I can guide you through it if you're new to it.
What if I need more revisions than my package includes?
Additional revisions are available as a paid add-on — no problem if you need a bit more back-and-forth.
