Why is this a monthly service instead of a one-time SEO fix?
This service combines recurring GBP monitoring, local search research, citations, website optimization and performance analysis. My separate GBP Optimization Gig handles the one-time foundation; this Gig is for ongoing monthly work.
Can you guarantee top 3 Google Maps or first-page rankings?
No. Google controls local results using factors including relevance, distance and prominence. I optimize the elements within scope and report available performance data, but I do not guarantee rankings, traffic, calls or leads.
What is a citation action?
One citation action is a legitimate new submission, correction, update or other consistency action on a relevant business directory/listing. Package counts refer to work performed, not guaranteed publication or approval by third-party directories.
Which citation directories will you use?
I select relevant core, local and niche directories based on the business, location and eligibility. I do not promise placement on specific paid or restricted directories. Any third-party membership or listing fee is the client's responsibility.
Do you provide or acquire Google reviews?
No. I do not buy, fake or incentivize reviews. I can monitor existing reviews, support legitimate review responses and maintain a compliant customer review-request workflow.
What website SEO is included?
I optimize the number of existing local/service/location pages stated in your package. Work can include title/meta/H1, local relevance, NAP consistency and internal linking. Full new-page copywriting, redesigns and advanced development are not included.
What access will you need?
GBP Manager access is normally required. Website/CMS access is needed for direct page implementation. Standard and Premium benefit from Search Console access, and Premium may also use GA4 where available. Never send me your Google password.
Can you manage more than one business location?
The listed packages cover one eligible business location. Multiple locations require a custom offer because each additional profile and local website footprint adds separate research, implementation and reporting work.
Can you work on a suspended, unverified or new GBP?
This monthly Gig is designed for an established working profile. New setup belongs to my one-time GBP Optimization Gig. Suspensions, reinstatement cases and complex ownership problems require separate assessment.
What is included in the monthly report?
Basic covers available GBP performance plus completed work and next priorities. Standard adds Search Console analysis where accessible. Premium can add GA4, competitor/content findings and a more detailed next-month roadmap where data is available.
