FAQ
What do you need to get started?
I need your WordPress admin login, and if the issue is server-side, I may also need Hosting/cPanel/FTP access. You can share temporary access to keep everything secure.
Can you fix my issue if I’m not sure what the problem is?
Yes! Most buyers are not sure what caused the error. I will first diagnose the issue, identify the root cause, and then fix it safely.
Will you break my site or lose any data?
No. I always work using safe debugging methods, keep backups, and make sure your website stays fully intact.
Can you fix my site even if it’s completely down or showing a critical error?
Absolutely. I specialize in handling Critical Errors, WSOD, 500 errors, and broken admin access. I can recover your website even if it’s fully down.
Do you fix issues for Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or other page builders?
Yes. I fix all page builder problems, including layout breaks, editor not loading, widget issues, responsiveness, and plugin conflicts.
Do you work on WooCommerce issues?
Yes! I fix checkout errors, cart issues, payment gateway failures, email problems, product page issues, and other WooCommerce bugs.
Can you speed up my WordPress site and improve Core Web Vitals?
Yes. In the Premium package, I will optimize your site for 90+ Google PageSpeed score, fix Core Web Vitals, and improve performance without breaking your design.
Do you fix hacked or malware-infected websites?
Yes. I remove malware, fix redirections, clean malicious files, secure your website, and prevent future attacks.
Will you provide support after the order is completed?
Yes, I offer free after-support for all orders. If anything related to the fix breaks again, I will re-check and repair it.
Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, please message me first so I can check the issue, recommend the right package, and give you the fastest solution.
