About this Gig

Stop paying for expensive Vimeo or Wistia subscriptions. I will build a fully automated, serverless AWS video transcoding pipeline that you own.

When a user drops a raw video file into your S3 bucket, the system will automatically trigger an AWS Lambda function via EventBridge to start MediaConvert. It will transcode the video into web-friendly formats and deliver it globally via CloudFront CDN.

What you get:

  • S3 Bucket configuration for raw uploads.
  • EventBridge rule to trigger on video upload.
  • Lambda function to trigger the MediaConvert job.
  • MediaConvert job template (MP4, HLS adaptive bitrate, etc.).
  • CloudFront CDN setup for fast, global video delivery.

Packages:

  • Basic ($150) - Basic Transcode: Setup S3 -> Lambda -> MediaConvert to automatically convert an uploaded video to a standard MP4 format.
  • Standard ($300) - HLS Streaming: Everything in Basic, plus setup for HLS (Adaptive Bitrate Streaming) so videos don't buffer on slow phones.
  • Premium ($450) - The Full Studio: HLS Streaming, automated thumbnail generation, image watermarks, and CloudFront CDN delivery setup.
