I will write a chat gpt in python for the telegram bot

I will write a Chat GPT for you in a python telegram bot. 

Possible functionality for the bot:

• Request counter for each user.
• Obligatory subscription to groups/channels to use bot.
• View bot statistics via command (available to admin or all users).
