Something on your WordPress site stopped working and you need it back?
I fix white screens, 500 errors, plugin conflicts, broken forms, sites that went down after an update, layouts that break on mobile, and hacked installs. I have been working in WordPress for well over a decade and most of what breaks, I have seen break before.
How it works: send me the problem and your access details. I take a full backup before touching anything, work on staging where possible, and tell you plainly what was wrong once it's fixed. No jargon, no upsell to a rebuild you don't need.
If it turns out the problem is bigger than the package you bought, I'll tell you what it actually is and quote it before doing any extra work. You will never get a surprise invoice or silence.
What I need: WordPress admin login, and hosting or FTP access if the site is fully down.
