My goals are to help you build as much strength as possible in the form of strength consultations and proper powerlifting programming. Each tier is designed to offer a quality service for a reasonable price.
Basic: Strength Consultation
This will involve a short call to analyze your current technique and weaknesses to help advise with the next steps in your training.
Standard: Powerlifting Program
I will provide an 8 week powerlifting program catered to your needs based on what lifts are currently lacking. This can also be changed to take into account any upcoming competitions which you need to peak for and the goals involved with this.
Premium: Powerlifting Program with 4 weeks of support
This provides the powerlifting program as explained in the previous tier as well as 4 weeks of support to get you on the right track. This includes correspondence regarding your squat, bench and deadlift technique as well as tips to help improve your form.
