Do I need my own n8n or Zapier account?
Yes, I build inside your account so you own everything. If you don't have one yet, I can guide you through a quick setup before we start. n8n also offers a self-hosted option if you prefer to avoid monthly fees.
Can you automate a tool that isn't on n8n or Zapier?
In most cases, yes. If the tool has an API or supports webhooks, I can connect it. Message me the tool name before ordering and I'll confirm.
Will you show me how to edit the workflow later?
Yes. Standard and Premium include a walkthrough video, and I add notes inside the workflow so it's easy to follow.
What happens if something breaks after delivery?
Fixes to the delivered workflow are covered during the revision period (and support period on Premium). If an app changes its API later, I can update it as a small follow up job.
Do you use AI in the workflows?
Only when it helps. I can add GPT or Claude steps for things like sorting emails or drafting replies, and I'll tell you if a simple rule-based workflow would work better.
