Adam is polite, helpful and responsive. However, I found the experience quite frustrating as he didn't always pay attention to detail. This job is not complete as the designer did not have the skill to complete the ask, yet he ended our discussion and is trying to force full payment.

I lost $35 and now have a video that I cannot use because it was not completed but the job was "finished" and it was not. I reached out asking for an edit and did not get a response back.
