What do I get with the $30 Basic package?
A chat widget for one website, trained on your FAQ or one document, with an embed code and simple instructions. It answers common questions and says when it does not know. WhatsApp is in Standard and Premium.
What do I need for the WhatsApp chatbot?
A WhatsApp Business account on Meta's official platform, a phone number not used in the normal WhatsApp app, and a verified business. I guide you through setup. Meta or provider message fees go on your account.
Does it work with WordPress, Shopify or Wix?
Yes. The widget is added with a small embed code, which works on most platforms that allow custom code. Tell me your platform before ordering and I will confirm.
Will the bot give wrong answers to customers?
It answers from your content and is told to say it does not know when the answer is missing. I test it on your real questions before delivery. No AI is perfect, so Premium adds human handoff for tricky cases.
Are there monthly costs after delivery?
There is no fee to me. You pay the AI model usage on your own API key, usually low for small businesses, plus hosting and any WhatsApp message fees. I explain the expected costs before we start.
