The delivery was delayed by more than 30 hrs, there was no consistent communication after delivery, and there was no clear notification of when it would be ready. The file provided as a delivery contained no comments on the critical translation errors the seller was asked to find.

Some of the instructions, in particular the 5*8po format, were not respected. Longer-than-expected delivery time even though the work was not completed. Complains of electrical problems.
