Telegram or WhatsApp, which should I choose?
Telegram is free and quick to set up, great for teams and alerts. WhatsApp reaches more customers but needs the Business Platform and has per-conversation fees.
Can the bot use ChatGPT or other AI?
Yes, in Premium or as an add-on. You provide the API key and pay the usage fees.
Can I edit the replies myself later?
Yes. Replies can live in Google Sheets or a database so you can change them without coding.
Do you host the bot?
I deploy it on your VPS or server. Hosting costs are yours, and I can recommend an affordable option.
