Ongoing collaboration
I am a general contractor so need house plans drawn frequently. This was my first experience working with someone who wasn't local and I couldn't have been happier. We worked with Adeel on permit drawings for converting an existing drawings into the two residential units. He provided architectural plans, structural details, electrical and MEP drawings that addressed the local permit requirements. His communication was also reliable. This example project ends with the city building reviewing and approving also.

Adeel is a true pro. He's responsive and clear with his communication. He asks questions if anything unclear. The quality of work is exactly what we're looking for. He helped us on multiple projects take an original floor plan and with a little direction and drawings for us, he returns a floor plan that we take to our GC. Highly recommended his services.
