I upgrade legacy core PHP (plain PHP, no Laravel required) from PHP 5 or 7 to PHP 8.2 / 8.3 and fix the errors that appear after the upgrade.


What you get

- Deprecated and removed functions replaced (each, mysql_*, create_function, old constructors, string/array warnings)

- Fatal errors, blank pages, and broken forms fixed

- Short change list: file, old line, new line

- The script still does the same job. I do not redesign the UI or convert it into a framework unless you order that separately


Before I start, send a zip or Git access and the PHP version you need (8.2 or 8.3). I confirm the file count and the price before any work begins.
