Which platforms and website builders do you connect domains to?
Pretty much all of them. Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Framer, Ghost, Google Sites, Kajabi, Teachable, Ecwid, Square, Durable, Base44, Netlify, Vercel, GitHub Pages and more. If your platform isn't listed, just message me — if it lets you add a custom domain, I can connect it.
Does it matter where I bought my domain?
Not at all. I work with every registrar — GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, Bluehost, HostGator, Cloudflare, Hostinger, IONOS and others. The registrar is just where your DNS lives; connecting it to your platform is the same clean process either way.
I'm on Shopify (or Wix / Squarespace) — can you connect my domain there?
Yes, and these are some of my most common orders. I set the correct records so your store or site loads on your own domain with the SSL padlock working. Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress and Webflow are all handled the same day.
What about newer or no-code builders like Base44, Durable, Framer or Netlify?
Covered. These platforms use custom domain settings that trip a lot of people up — I know exactly which records each one needs, so you skip the guesswork and it just works.
What do I need to send you to get started?
Just three things: your domain name, your registrar (where you bought it), and the platform you're connecting to. Send those and I'll get started right away.
Will my site be secure with HTTPS / the padlock?
Yes. SSL is included on Standard and Premium, so your site loads over HTTPS and shows the secure padlock — important for trust and for SEO. Premium also adds Cloudflare for extra speed and protection.
I don't understand DNS or which records to change. Is that a problem?
Not even slightly — that's exactly why you hire me. You don't need to know A records, CNAMEs or nameservers. Just tell me your domain and your platform, and I handle the technical side end-to-end.
Do you need my login details? Is that safe?
For most platforms I only need limited access to your registrar or DNS settings, and I use secure, professional methods. You stay in control and can change passwords after delivery. Many connections can also be done by me guiding you step by step if you'd prefer not to share access.
What if something isn't working after connection?
I test everything before delivery, and revisions are unlimited — I'll stay on it until your domain is fully live and working. You can also add Post-launch Support for a month of priority help with tweaks and questions.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for a straightforward connection, Standard if you want SSL and priority speed, or Premium for the fastest connection plus SSL and Cloudflare for the best performance and security. Not sure? Message me your platform and I'll point you to the right one.
