FAQ
What is included in the Basic package?
The Basic package includes the complete SchoolFlow source code, fictional demo data, database installer and documentation for one school. Server installation is not included.
What hosting do I need?
You need a Linux VPS with Node.js, npm, MySQL or MariaDB, and domain access. Nginx, PM2 and SSL can be configured with the Standard or Premium package.
Do you install the system for me?
Yes. Installation is included in the Standard and Premium packages. The Basic package includes source code and documentation only.
Can I change the school name, logo and colors?
The Standard package includes the school name and logo. The Premium package also includes color and branding customization.
Does the system support multiple languages?
Yes. The management interface supports French and English with automatic language selection and a manual language switch.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. All three packages include the complete source code. The license covers use for one school or organization and does not allow resale or redistribution.
Is the live demo editable?
The public demo is read-only for security and uses fictional data. The installed buyer version is fully functional and allows authorized users to manage their own data.
Are third-party integrations included?
Optional integrations can be configured using accounts and credentials owned by the buyer. External service fees, provider approvals and message charges are not included.
Can you import all my existing student data?
Small initial configuration is included in Premium. Large data migration, cleanup or custom imports require a separate quote after reviewing the files.
Can you add custom features?
