Please provide the architectural/technical drawings in PDF format and any available project documents, specifications or quantity requirements.
What software do you use?

What types of construction projects do you work on?
I can work on residential, commercial and institutional building projects, depending on the drawings and project scope.
What will I receive after the takeoff?
You will receive an organized quantity takeoff in Excel, with clear descriptions, quantities and units. Markup plans can also be provided depending on the selected package.
Can you handle urgent quantity takeoff requests?
Yes, depending on my availability and the project size. Please contact me before ordering for urgent requests.
Do you provide supplier quotation comparisons?

Quantities are included in all packages. A cost estimate is included in Premium, based on the market and location you specify.
Do you work on European and French projects?
Yes. I work in metric units and with European formats: lots, DQE, French specifications (CCTP). I speak French, English and Arabic.
Do you do MEP takeoffs?
Not at the moment. I focus on architectural and structural trades to guarantee accuracy. Message me if you are unsure.
