What information do you need to get started?
Just three things: SSH access to your server (root or sudo user), your domain name if you want services connected to it, and a brief description of what you want installed or fixed. I will take it from there and keep you updated throughout.
I don't have a VPS yet. Can you still help?
Yes. I can guide you through provisioning a server on Hetzner, DigitalOcean, or any provider of your choice as part of the order. Just let me know before placing so we pick the right package.
My AI system is already installed but broken. Can you fix it?
Absolutely that is one of the most common requests I get. Send me a message describing the issue (error logs help) and I will assess it before you place an order. Most fixes fall under the Basic package.
Which operating systems do you work with?
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS is my default and recommended OS. I also work with Ubuntu 20.04 and Debian 12. If you are running something else, message me first so I can confirm compatibility.
Will my services be accessible via my own domain with HTTPS?
Yes. Every deployment includes Nginx reverse proxy setup and a free SSL certificate via Let's Encrypt so all your services run securely on your domain — no browser warnings, no open ports.
Do you support GPU servers for AI model deployment?
Yes. I can configure NVIDIA GPU servers for running Ollama, local LLMs, or other GPU-accelerated AI workloads. Mention this when ordering so I can select the correct Docker runtime and driver setup.
What AI models and APIs do you integrate?
I work with Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI (GPT-4o, Whisper, DALL·E), Gemini, Mistral, and any Ollama-compatible local model. For APIs I handle key configuration, rate limit management, and secure environment variable storage.
What happens after the order is delivered?
You get a full handover: all credentials documented, services tested live, and a summary of what was built. Premium orders include a 30-minute walkthrough call. I also offer post-delivery support if anything needs adjustment.
