Do I need coding skills or technical knowledge to use this?
No. Most of my clients are non-technical founders and business owners. I handle the full install, setup, and configuration, then walk you through it in plain language so you can actually run it yourself. You bring the goal, I handle the technical side.
What's the difference between Claude Code and Claude Cowork, and which do I need?
Claude Code lives in your terminal and writes, edits, and ships code, so it's built for developers. Claude Cowork runs on your desktop and handles files, browser tasks, and scheduled workflows, so it's for everyone else. Tell me what you want to automate and I'll recommend the right one
My OpenClaw or Cowork setup is broken. Can you fix it?
Yes, fixes are a big part of what I do. Most OpenClaw fixes come down to bad config, skill files that were never built right, agents not routing, or a gateway that won't start. Send me what's happening and I'll diagnose it fast and get you running again.
What do you need from me to get started, and is my data safe?
Just your use case, the tools you use, and access to the machine or VPS where it runs (Mac Mini, Linux, or any VPS works). Your API keys and credentials stay yours. I set everything up securely and hardened so nothing is left exposed. Message me before ordering so I can confirm the right package.
Are there any ongoing costs after setup?
Possibly, depending on your build. Your Claude subscription or API usage, a VPS for hosting, or certain MCP connectors may carry their own costs billed directly by those providers. I'll always show you the cheapest setup for your needs before we start, so there are no surprises.
