What if my app can't be migrated?
That's what the audit is for. If the migration is impractical or costs more than it's worth, I'll say so in the report. You keep the findings either way.
Will my users lose their accounts?
User records move with the database. Passwords can't export from most platforms in usable form, so existing users get a one-time reset on first login. New signups work normally from day one.
How much will the server cost after migration?
A typical AI-built app runs fine on a Hetzner CX22 at about €4/month. Heavier apps rarely need more than €15. The audit includes a cost projection specific to your app.
Can I still push updates after migration?
Yes. Push-to-deploy is wired to your GitHub repo. You push code, the server rebuilds and deploys automatically. No manual SSH needed.
What about GDPR and data residency?
On your own VPS you pick the datacenter region. Hetzner has locations in Germany and Finland. Your data sits in the EU on hardware you control.
