I design and manage custom CRM systems on Monday.com for clients in real estate, construction, and service-based businesses who are tired of losing leads and missing follow-ups. My CRM setups typically include a lead capture board, a follow-up pipeline, an accounts and contacts database, a deals tracker, and automated status updates that move items from one stage to the next without anyone having to do it manually. I also set up custom views and dashboards so sales managers can see exactly where every deal stands at a glance. For one real estate client, I built a full Monday CRM that tracked property listings across pre-listing, active, closing, and closed stages, with 24+ active automations running in the background to handle notifications, status changes, and subitem creation when deal types changed.
