Do I need to buy anything extra?
Usually not. SharePoint, Power Automate and Teams are included in most Microsoft 365 business plans. Power Apps may need a licence depending on what you build — I'll tell you before you order.
What access do you need?
Access to your Microsoft 365 tenant with appropriate permissions. You can create a temporary account for me and remove it after delivery.
Is my data safe?
Everything is built inside your own tenant. I don't move your data anywhere, and access is removed on completion.
Can you automate our approval process?
Yes — this is the most common request. Leave requests, invoices, purchase orders, document sign-off. Tell me the steps and who approves what.
What's the difference between SharePoint and Power Automate?
SharePoint stores and organises information. Power Automate moves it around and triggers actions. Power Apps gives people a friendly interface on top. Most projects use all three.
