FAQ
1. What do you need from me to get started?
Your domain name, access to your domain provider (like GoDaddy or Namecheap), and the name of your current email provider if you want a migration. I will guide you through each step.
2. Is it safe to give you access to my domain or DNS?
Yes. You can use Fiverr’s secure messaging or give temporary access and remove it when I’m done. I only change email-related records, and I explain every change.
3. Will I lose any emails during migration?
No. I back up your mailbox before I start and check everything after the move. Your old emails, contacts and calendars come over with you.
4. Why are my emails going to spam, and can you fix it?
Most often it’s missing or wrong SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. I set them up correctly and test your inbox placement. Content and sender reputation also matter, so I will tell you if anything else needs attention
5. Do I need to buy Google Workspace myself?
Yes. The Google Workspace subscription is paid to Google and is not included in my price. I can recommend the right plan for your team size before you buy.
