I will do CRM data migration and setup for gohighlevel, pipedrive and zoho CRM
About this Gig
Switching CRMs but worried about missing contacts, duplicate records or deals landing in the wrong stage?
I provide CRM data migration and setup for GoHighLevel, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM, helping you move agreed data into an organised sales system.
Depending on your package, I will:
- Import contacts and supported company or deal records
- Map custom fields and standardise agreed formats
- Remove exact duplicates using approved matching rules
- Build sales pipelines and deal stages
- Rebuild selected CRM workflows
Before the full import, I review your source export, agree the field mapping and test a sample. After migration, I reconcile record counts, spot-check values and report exceptions. You receive a handover summary.
Packages cover one source and one destination. Historical emails, attachments, custom APIs and subscriptions are quoted separately where supported.
Message me with your current CRM, destination, record count and a sample file to confirm the scope before ordering.

FAQ
Can you migrate CRM data between GoHighLevel, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM?
Yes, subject to a review of your source data and destination account. I confirm which record types, fields and relationships can transfer before accepting the project. Each package covers one source and one destination, rather than simultaneous migration across all three platforms.
What records are included in your CRM data migration service?
Basic covers contacts. Standard and Premium can include supported contacts, companies and deals within the total record limit. One contact, company or deal counts as one record. Historical emails, attachments, notes and activities require a separate compatibility review.
Can you set up a CRM and import contacts from Excel or CSV?
Yes. I can configure your chosen GoHighLevel, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM account and import suitable spreadsheet data. Share a sample file and your sales process so I can confirm the field mapping, pipeline stages and appropriate package before you order.
How do you check for missing records or incorrect field mapping?
I test a sample import before the full migration. Afterwards, I compare source counts with imported, excluded and rejected records, spot-check field values and check agreed relationships. Your handover summary explains the results and any exceptions requiring attention.
Will you remove duplicate contacts during the migration?
Yes. I check for exact duplicates using matching rules we agree on, such as an email address or source ID. I flag conflicting records for your decision instead of merging them blindly. Extensive manual cleanup or incomplete-data research requires a separate quote.
Can you rebuild sales pipelines and CRM automation?
All packages include pipeline setup within their stated limits. Premium also includes two agreed workflows with up to five actions each, using features available in your destination account. Existing automations are reviewed and rebuilt where supported, rather than assumed to transfer automatically.
Which CRM migration package should I choose?
Basic covers up to 500 contacts, 10 mapped fields and one pipeline. Standard covers up to 2,000 records, 20 fields and two pipelines. Premium covers up to 5,000 records, 30 fields, three pipelines and two workflows. Each pipeline includes up to six stages.
What access and information do you need before starting?
Send your current platform, destination CRM, approximate record count, required record types and an anonymised sample export. I also need your pipeline stages and mapping requirements. Once the scope is agreed, provide the necessary access through a user invitation where available.
Can my team continue using the old CRM during migration?
We agree on the export and switch-over timing first. Records changed after the export may need an additional update import, which must be included in the agreed scope. I retain an unchanged source export for reference and do not delete your old CRM data as part of this service.
What is excluded, and what happens if I need changes?
Subscriptions, paid migration tools, custom APIs, ongoing sync and unsupported history transfers are separate. Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed mapping, pipelines and workflows. Additional records, new features or changed requirements need a revised quote.
