No, I don't provide any SSL Certificates. You must buy them from your hosting provider before ordering. I can help you set it up correctly and fix any https issue on the website.
Do you use plugin?
Mostly, I don't use any plugin but in some cases, yes I use a plugin. But only a plugin can't do all the fixing for correct HTTPS URLs. However, you can try yourself first to fix the HTTPS issue by using some plugin. But still, if there are issues, you can ask me.
Do you fix https issue on non-WordPress websites?
