Yes. Every Standard and Premium review covers both.
How is the feedback delivered?
As a written report with screenshots, and a screen recording on higher packages.
Do you test websites in different browsers?
Yes. I check how your site looks and works in common browsers such as Chrome, Safari and Firefox, plus mobile and desktop screens. Tell me if your visitors mostly use one browser and I'll focus on that.
Is my website information kept private?
Yes. I only use your link to test the site and I won't share your report or details with anyone. If your site isn't public yet, send me a staging link and any login I need, and I'll keep it confidential.
Can I order again after I fix the issues?
Yes. Once you've made your changes, message me and I'll re-test the same pages. I can send you a custom offer for it, usually at a lower price than a new full review.
