FAQ
Which platforms will you use?
I select platforms based on your business type, location, eligibility, and existing listings. This may include Google, Bing, Apple, major Australian directories, and relevant local or industry platforms.
Can you work with service-area businesses?
Yes. I will use your service area and hide your residential address wherever the platform supports this option.
Will you check my existing listings?
Yes. I will look for inaccurate, outdated, and duplicate profiles before creating new listings.
Do you submit every business to the same directories?
No. I research suitable directories for your industry and location and review platforms used by relevant competitors.
Will every listing include a backlink?
I will add your website wherever the platform provides a website field. Some platforms do not offer links or only display them after verification.
Will the listings appear immediately?
Some publish immediately. Others require platform review, email or phone verification, or action from the business owner.
What will I receive?
You will receive a report showing every platform checked, the action taken, the listing URL, its status, and any verification you need to complete.
Can you guarantee better rankings?
No one can guarantee search rankings. This service improves the accuracy, consistency, and coverage of your business information across suitable platforms.
What information do you need?
Your approved business name, address or service area, phone number, website, hours, categories, services, description, logo, and photos. I will confirm the information before submitting listings.

I don't know straight away how much of an impact this has on the business, but the swiftness and reporting were great.
