What do you need to get started?
Please provide your file and clear cleaning instructions. Specify which columns identify duplicates, your preferred date and number formats, and any correction rules. Please remove sensitive information that is not needed for the task.
How do you identify and remove duplicates?
I use the columns we agree on to identify duplicates, such as an ID or a combination of fields. Please specify which record to keep. Unclear matches will be flagged for review rather than automatically deleted.
Can you fix missing or incorrect data?
I can correct errors using your instructions or reliable reference data you provide. Missing values and uncertain information will be flagged. I do not guess missing details or recover damaged files.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers adjustments to the delivered file based on the original instructions. New files, additional rows, or new cleaning requirements are outside the original scope and may require an extra charge.
Can you work with larger or more complex files?
Please message me before ordering if your file exceeds the package limits, contains multiple worksheets, or includes complex formulas. I will review the requirements and confirm whether I can help before agreeing on a price and delivery time.
