How accurate is the estimate?
Accuracy depends on the level of detail you provide. Rough estimates based on a description are useful for early feasibility; a full BoQ based on drawings will be significantly more precise and suitable for tendering to contractors.
Do you work on projects outside London?
My experience is primarily London-based, but I’m happy to work on projects anywhere in the UK. Pricing and material costs will be adjusted to reflect regional differences where relevant.
Can you help if I don’t have an architect yet?
Yes — I can provide a rough-order estimate based on your description alone, which can help you scope the project before engaging an architect or designer.
What’s the difference between the Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?
Basic gives you a quick, rough-order estimate for early planning. Standard includes a full material quantity breakdown suitable for most residential projects. Premium adds bid preparation, so you’re ready to send the numbers straight to contractors for pricing.
Do you provide ongoing support during construction, or just the estimate?
This gig covers the estimate and BoQ itself. If you need ongoing project support (programme planning, tender review, site advisory), feel free to message me — I offer additional consulting services.
