Which package should I choose?
Basic covers core tracking and one URL-based goal. Standard adds up to five events, two goals in total, and a dashboard. Premium adds ecommerce tracking for one WooCommerce store. Message me with your website and goals if you need help choosing.
Do you support Matomo Cloud and self-hosted Matomo?
Yes, provided your Matomo instance is already working and accessible. The packages cover website tracking and configuration. A new server installation, server maintenance, hosting and paid subscriptions are not included.
Which websites and ecommerce platforms do you support?
Basic and Standard cover standard websites where the required tracking can be added. Premium covers one standard WooCommerce store. Please message me about Shopify, headless sites, mobile apps or custom checkouts so I can confirm feasibility and scope first.
Can you fix missing or duplicate events?
Yes, when the issue falls within the tracking included in your package. I review the affected implementation and test the agreed fixes. Historical data recovery, custom plugin development and backend repairs require a separate assessment and quote.
Are paid Matomo features or plugins included?
No. Hosting, subscriptions and paid plugins are paid by the buyer. The included dashboard uses native widgets available in your installation. Heatmaps, session recording, premium funnel reports and other optional features are not part of these packages.
How will you verify the tracking?
I test the agreed pageviews, events and goals and provide screenshots with a handover summary. For Premium, we also arrange one test order to check order ID, value, currency and available item data. You arrange the test payment and cover any transaction costs.
What access do you need?
I usually need role-based access to Matomo and your website, plus your tag manager if it is part of the setup. I will explain the permissions required for your project. Please create an individual user where supported instead of sharing your main password.
What is included in revisions?
Revisions cover corrections or adjustments to the agreed tracking scope. New websites, additional events, new integrations or a change of platform require an extra or custom offer. Your existing consent settings will be respected; new consent-banner setup is quoted separately.
