Standard: a connected workflow of up to 5 steps, 2 input sources and 1 documented API with up to 3 operations. Includes validation and error handling.
Premium: up to 8 workflow steps, 2 APIs with up to 5 operations, 1 scheduled job, logging, retries, tests and handover. Includes 14 days of fixes for reproducible defects in the agreed work.
Delivery: 5/10/14 days for Basic/Standard/Premium. Reusable source code and run instructions included. You pay any API or hosting costs directly.
Unlimited revisions stay within the agreed scope. Defect corrections are not chargeable new features. New steps, sources, integrations or features need separate agreement.

How are the packages limited?
Basic: 1 local automation, up to 2 steps. Standard: up to 5 steps, 2 input sources, 1 documented API and 3 operations. Premium: up to 8 steps, 2 APIs and 5 API operations in total, plus 1 scheduled job. Workflow steps and API operations are agreed before ordering.
What reliability and handover work is included?
Standard includes validation and error handling. Premium adds logging, retries, tests, handover and 14 days of reproducible defect fixes for the agreed work. All packages include reusable source code and run instructions. We confirm the supported runtime and environment before ordering.
What counts as a revision?
Unlimited revisions apply to the agreed workflow and acceptance criteria. Extra steps, data sources, API operations, integrations or other features require separate agreement. A reproducible defect in an agreed feature is corrected as a defect, not charged as a new feature.
Who provides API and hosting access?
You provide authorized access to any required APIs and execution environment and pay API, hosting and other third-party costs directly. Share documentation and non-sensitive test data first. Do not include passwords, API keys or tokens in ordinary requirement answers.
