About me
I'm an advocate practicing at Bankshal Court in Kolkata, currently finishing my BBA LLB. Most of my work is Indian statutory drafting: business contracts, MSME agreements, court pleadings, legal research memos.
I'm not writing from templates. I draft these for real cases, under the Indian Contract Act, the MSMED Act, the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, GST/CGST law, the IBC, CPC, and BNS/BNSS/BSA, and I write in OSCOLA format when academic work calls for it.
I turn work around fast, communicate clearly, and write drafts meant to survive scrutiny, not just look presentable.
