Creative Producer and Project Director
Independent / Freelance • Freelance

I direct and coordinate creative and cultural projects for institutions, venues and private clients, from the first brief to final delivery, acting as the single point of contact for every partner involved. In practice this covers planning and scheduling, timelines, correspondence with institutions, partners and contact persons, and the coordination of events, courses and programmes from preparation to the day itself. I look after participants and clients throughout, so nothing depends on the client chasing suppliers. On the digital side, I manage the production of the content these projects need: website creation, maintenance and hosting, content management, image editing and visual content, video and audio editing, and communication in English, Italian and German. I work with modern digital workflows, including AI tools, and run meetings and reviews online. The common thread is coordination: one clear direction, realistic deadlines and the right specialists for each task, so the client receives a coherent result instead of a collection of separate deliveries.

Dec 2012 - Dec 2019 • 7 yrs
I led an international festival and a related event series over six years, from the initial concept to the final evaluation of each edition. The role covered programme planning, coordination of artists, venues, schools, associations and municipal partners, event production, communication and public relations. I managed schedules, budgets and correspondence with every party involved, and was the main contact for partners and participants. A major part of the work was fundraising: I prepared applications and secured funding from private foundations, a city cultural department and corporate sponsors, which allowed the project to grow year after year. I also designed and delivered new event formats for young audiences, working with schools and local institutions to bring them to a wider public. The result was a project that ran continuously for six years, built on clear planning, reliable partners and funding secured through structured applications.
