Is there something i need to do before the activation session?
For 12 to 24 hours: - Avoid animal derived products, coffee, alcohol and drugs (unless prescribed). - Eat only fruits and vegetables that grow over the ground (no potatoes, garlic, onions, carrots, peanuts, ginger, etc) - Keep yourself well hydrated. *This is not mandatory but very recommended

The Premium package includes an initiation done by me and another Energy Master who has vast experience in working with Reiki, Akashic records, emotional balance, manifestation, bioenergy and occultism since childhood, following Peruvian Shamanic Traditions and techniques.
What are the 8th and 9th chakras and how they can help?
The 8th chakra opens your body to be a better channel for Prana/ki/chi/Reiki/akasha/ether while the 9th chakra opens your body to conduct earth energy. Having both these chakras open alongside Kundalini being awakened can help you use energy for any purpose.
What are the Meridians?
It is an internal channel in which energy (Ki/chi/Prana/akasha) flows. It makes you a better energy conduit, and enhances all your energy work at all levels when they are clean.
