Excellent thorough beta reading where issues were highlighted and given example fix, like I requested. There weren't as many flagged as there has been by other, but those that were, were given good examples how to fix. That's is why I liked a few people beta reading my work, as everybody notices different...

So, basically I have a questionnaire for the beta readers to fill out, and at the end of the questionnaire, the reader has to rate the book from 1 to 5. When they give me 4, I usually ask for their clarification of not giving it a 5. And for the first time, I didn't need to ask for any of her clarification...
