Led architecture and delivery of three AI automation systems for IT Cybx, an e-commerce growth studio serving Shopify, Salla and Zid brands in KSA and the UK. B2B outreach engine: Built lead sourcing, deduplication, AI qualification and personalized outreach workflows using Next.js, Supabase, n8n and Claude. Added an executive dashboard, human approval and daily sending limits. Arabic WhatsApp booking: Built a configurable lead-to-booking workflow using n8n, Supabase and Cal.com, with Arabic replies, language switching, intent classification and human handoff. Website AI live chat: Deployed an assistant to answer service and pricing questions, qualify visitors and hand enquiries to the sales team. Owned architecture, database design, AI integrations and end-to-end delivery across these systems.
