I will design uav fpv quad drone prototype manufacturing ready

About this gig
Turning an idea into a real, buildable UAV, FPV quad, or drone prototype?
I design manufacturing-ready CAD models, engineered with correct tolerances, materials, and structure, ready to hand off to a manufacturer or 3D printer.
What I deliver:
- Concept to CAD design for UAVs, FPV quads, and custom drone prototypes
- Manufacturing-ready models with proper wall thickness, tolerances, and material specs
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review to catch costly production issues early
- Technical drawings and dimensioned files ready for CNC, injection molding, or 3D printing
- Bill of materials (BOM) outlining every part and recommended material
- Structural and weight considerations so your prototype actually performs
I design with the full path to production in mind, so what you receive isn't just a render, it's a file your manufacturer or print shop can use without rework. Whether you're a startup building your first UAV prototype or refining an FPV quad for small batch production, I build it to be manufacturable from day one.
Send me your concept, sketches, or specs, and I'll design a prototype ready for the next step.

FAQ
Will you manufacture the physical prototype for me?
No, I design manufacturing-ready CAD files and documentation. Physical production goes through your chosen manufacturer, machine shop, or 3D print service, and I make sure the files are clean and ready for that step.
What file formats will I receive?
STEP, STL, and PDF technical drawings by default. I can also provide native CAD files on request.
Can you recommend materials and manufacturing methods, or do I need to already know?
I can recommend materials and methods (CNC, injection molding, 3D printing) based on your budget and use case if you're not sure.
Do you review for common manufacturing issues before I send it to production?
Yes, Standard and Premium packages include a DFM review checking for wall thickness, draft angles, and other issues that cause production delays or rejected parts.
