The agency performed calls in a timely manner and wrote detailed notes. Although we didn't get any appointments booked, they were able to spark interest with some leads with which we are following up with emails and further calls. The only drawback was the lack of planning on our part to give Agency Y the direction needed to have a more successful result. Once we understood what we needed, the order was almost over. Agency Y did everything they promised and on time.
