Document types I regularly notarize include powers of attorney, affidavits, loan and mortgage documents, real estate closing documents, business formation paperwork, immigration-related forms, and general affidavits and acknowledgements. I work with clients across time zones, often on short notice, and maintain a secure electronic journal and audio-video recording of each notarization as required by state law.
