Do you use templates or AI? Can you create an animation from scratch if I don’t have a logo yet?
No, all animations are fully custom-made by human. I'm using AI tools just for increase logo quality (if needed). And I can design a template for your future logo, but I don’t provide full logo creation services.
Can I get a specific format? Can you make my animation match a specific duration (e.g., exactly 5 seconds or exactly 300 frames)?
Of course! I can adjust the duration, frame rate, resolution, and format to meet your exact needs.
What if I need multiple versions of the same animation (e.g., different resolutions, formats, or lengths)?
No problem! Just let me know your requirements, and I’ll provide the versions you need. However, there are limits: Basic includes up to 2 files, Standard up to 5, and Premium up to 20. Additional files can be provided for $2 each.
What do I need to provide? Can you animate a low-quality logo?
A vector file (AI, SVG, EPS) or a high-resolution raster file (PNG, JPG) along with your animation preferences. And yes, I can increase its quality using AI tools before animating. Just provide your existing logo and describe any specific details or adjustments you'd like.
What if I’m unsure about the animation style? Can you add text or other visual elements to the animation?
No problem! I can create an animation based on my professional opinion, and you can review it. Yes! I can add text or simple graphic elements in the Standard package. For more complex and high-quality visuals, the Premium package is required.
Do you add sound effects or music or do you provide source files?
Yes, I can add sound effects and provide source files upon request. For music, you’ll need to provide the track you want to use. But only in Standard and Premium packages, using royalty-free assets when needed.
Can you make 3D animation if I only have a 2D logo? Can you use a specific plugin I request?
Yes! For simple animation, choose Standard. For advanced 3D, Premium is required. And I can use specific plugins if I have it or if it's free to use.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders? Do you provide commercial rights for the animation?
Yes! Contact me to discuss the details and find the best offer for your project. Once you purchase the animation, it’s entirely yours to use however you like.
